To Whom it May Concern

To the Night Manager at my local Burger King...

I wasn't trying to be rude when I asked you to make my burger with a different bun. Your employees have done it for me before and I know you have buns in your arsenol that don't have sesame seeds. I like sesame seeds, I do, but it's imperitive to my well being that I avoid them. I wasn't trying to be difficult... I just wanted a whopper with cheese and no sesame seeds. Whatever happened to that BK slogan, "Have it YOUR way?" I didn't think I was asking the impossible. I only came to BK tonightbecause my kids love it and I am willing to put up with your gross french fries every once in a while for the kids' sakes... and your fast food establishment is the closest one to my home, which is convienent when I'm tired and starving.

But thanks to your rudeness, I won't be back for a long time, even if I'm just ordering food for the young ones. Making my whopper with two bottom halves of the bun was difficult to eat, to say the least. And while I'm on this complaining streak, would it be asking too much for corporate BK to start wrapping burgers in foil? In the 15 minutes it took me to get home, unload the car, set out food for kids and sit down to eat, my burger with two bottom halves of the bun was cold. Which made it even more unappetizing... but I guess it's good for my waistline... I ate less than half my dinner. Just sayin'.....

You need to send this to the B.K. headquarters! We have the same problem with the food being cold. But they need to have attention brought to the fact that not everyone can have the sesame seed buns!! You go girl!!!

you can get a lot of free stuff if you write into the headquarters. Pacman has done that and we still get free stuff!

they need to know!

sorry they were rude

I love when people feel like they can complain on there blog I do it quite often, and I think it makes some people uncomfortable, but thats my real feelings take them or leave them. As far as BK goes that is nothing but maddening I don't know why I expect more out of fast food, but for some reason I get really angry when my food is carelessly prepared. It triggers some kind of weird rage I guess it's because I don't eat it often and it always smell so good, that when I finally do eat it I don't want to waste my time, gas, money and calories on nasty cold crap! I would make a complaint. Anyway Merry Christmas! thanks for the Christmas card you have such a cute family.

It's your blog you can write whatever you want to. If people feel uncomfortable then they just don't have to read it. As for BK I agree with you, you should be able to get it YOUR way. Personally the only things I enjoy there are the onion rings, shakes, and sodas. However, you can get those anywhere so why settle with BK.

I didn't know the manager at your BK followed your blog ;-)

Write Burger King and complain. I have found that things can change when brought to their notice. I usually avoid BK because I don't like their food. As a fellow sesame food allergy sufferer, why can't all fast food places do away with the lousy sesame seed? All it is is cosmetic. I never thought it had any flavor anyway. Love ya MOM

I'm so sorry :( I would be tempted to contact the day manager and let them know what went down...

I myself hold no sympathy for you. Why, you ask, such a callous and scorching statement?

Simply put, You went to Burger King. Of all the fast food places, which I am a fan of many, I hate that one. I don't understand why kids like it so much. Boy sure loves it, and I rarely let him have BK simply because I can't stand the food there.

Oh well. Hope you guys are doing well.

Nice! Some people just shouldn't work with the public! Sorry for the bad experience. I agree you should send something to corporate about it. But I also agree with Adam....what in the world were you doing at BK anyway....GROSS!!!!

Annoying that the regular employees get it right but the manager can't seem to meet your needs. Lame.

My new favorite is Carl's Jr. (right next to Peter Piper). Their kid's hamburger meal is 2.99 and the burger is larger and better than a whopper. Not kidding. And the kid's chicken stars meal is 99 cents! Can't beat it. Now I'm going to go before I do any more commercials in your comment section.
